Default 520 chain conversion Horsepower and Torque increase?

So as the title states the biggest question I get is does the 520 chain conversion since it does get rid of about 2 pounds Aprilia RSV4 520 Chain/Sprocket Conversion Weights of rotating mass actually produce a noticeable Horsepower and Torque increase at the rear wheel?

I don't feel it and I didn't do a before and after Dyno but I did find a nice article on the net where they did a before and after Dyno run and even though the numbers may not be impressive,
on the track it could mean the difference between 1st and 5th place.
